Products in General:
For shipments to other cities, the corresponding shipping cost is added to the prices published on the website.
Photocopy or scan your purchase receipt and keep it, as it must be presented for any claim or return.
Merchandise put on hold at the customer’s request will be kept for a maximum of 30 days.
After that period, the hold ends and the payment made remains available for one year for future purchases. To keep the hold beyond 30 days, a payment of 10% of the value of the merchandise on hold is required for each additional month. This payment
must be made on the first day of the extended period.
Check your merchandise upon delivery; once the delivery receipt has been signed, no claims for damaged or missing items will be accepted.
The company is not responsible for defects caused by improper installation or misuse of the product.
Each of the brands we sell has its own warranty terms.
If a manufacturing defect is found after the product has been installed, the company is not responsible for removing it or installing the replacement product.

Exchanges can be made Monday through Friday until 7 p.m.
Accepted exchanges carry an administrative fee of 10% of the value of the items.
Claims:
Verifiable claims must be made within 90 days of the
actual delivery of the product.
Presenting the purchase invoice is MANDATORY.
Deliveries:
For security reasons, merchandise is delivered ONLY TO THE CUSTOMER whose name appears on the invoice, or to the person indicated when the order was placed. No other product transport service is included.
Rescheduling a home delivery for reasons beyond the company’s control will incur a new shipping fee equal to the one originally paid.
